Press Release Body: The Community Welcome House located in Coweta County raises awareness through education in the community and providing a safe-haven for the victims of domestic violence.Domestic violence is not unique to any one group. It crosses all boundaries and impacts the entire community. Through our endeavors we have reached individuals that do not believe it exists. We have reached our dating teens. We have welcomed families who may have continued to live in the abuse through our outreach and in house program. We are not funded through the state or federal government. We need to recruit new funding sources and individuals that want to make a positive change in the lives of women and children who need to understand love does not hurt. It doing this we begin to bring social change to this hidden shameful crime.
